2. BASIS OF CONTRACT
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of Products by us to you. By placing an Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions supersede any other terms and conditions previously issued by us and any terms or conditions that you seek to impose or incorporate.
2.3 Our employees and agents are not authorised to make any representations or give any warranties concerning Products except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. In entering into the Contract, youacknowledge that you do not rely on any such representations or warranties.
2.4 Any samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications, photographs or advertising material issued by us are issued for illustrative purposes only. Products may vary from such materials and you shall not rely on them as being an accurate representation of the Products.
2.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your Order will apply to that Order.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1 Orders may be placed:
(a) Through our Website;
(b) By telephone to our sales team;
(c) By email to our published email address; or
(d) By any other method we may specify from time to time.
3.2 All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
(a) Products are not available or are out of stock;
(b) We have reason to believe the Order is fraudulent;
(c) Pricing or product information contains an obvious error;

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided in your Order are complete, accurate and up to date. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from incorrect information provided by you.
3.4 An Order Confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your Order. Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the Products to you or confirm acceptance in writing, at which point the Contract comes into existence.
3.5 We may contact you by telephone or email to discuss and verify details of your Order before acceptance.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
4.1 We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications on our Website and in our marketing materials are accurate. However:
(a) We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free;
(b) Images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact item you will receive unless specifically stated as "the actual item";
(c) Colour representations may vary depending on your computer monitor or device settings.
4.2 Grading and Condition: (a) Where Products have been graded by third-party professional grading services (such as NGC or PCGS), we supply Products in their original sealed holders. Any description of such Products reflects the grade assigned by the third-party service; (b) Where we provide our own assessment of condition or grade, such assessments represent our opinion only and are not guarantees. Grading is subjective and you acknowledge that opinions may differ; (c) We use standard numismatic grading terminology. You are responsible for understanding such terminology before placing an Order.
4.3 Authenticity: (a) We take reasonable care to ensure Products are genuine. However, we do not provide guarantees or warranties as to authenticity unless expressly stated in writing; (b) For Products accompanied by certificates of authenticity from the manufacturer or third-party grading service, we supply such certificates where available; (c) If you have concerns about authenticity, you should seek independent verification before purchase.
4.4 All Products are subject to availability. If Products become unavailable after you place an Order, we will:
(a) Notify you as soon as reasonably practicable;
(b) Offer you an alternative product of equal or lower value (subject to your acceptance); or
(c) Provide a full refund of any sums paid.
4.5 We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
5. PRICING
5.1 General Pricing: (a) Prices are displayed on our Website, marketing materials or as quoted by our sales team; (b) All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP); (c) Prices include VAT where applicable. Investment gold products are exempt from VAT in accordance with UK law; (d) Prices are subject to change at any time without notice until acceptance of your Order.
5.2 Price Types: (a) Some Products have fixed prices; (b) Some Products have market-based prices which fluctuate according to precious metal spot prices and market conditions; (c) Some Products may be negotiable, and final prices will be confirmed during the ordering process.
5.3 Pricing Errors: (a) Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occur; (b) If we discover a pricing error in your Order before acceptance, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable; (c) You will have the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel your Order; (d) If an obvious pricing error occurs (e.g., a Product valued at £1,000 listed at £100), we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price even if an Order Confirmation has been sent.
5.4 Delivery Charges: (a) Standard delivery within the UK is free of charge; (b) Certain Products may incur delivery charges where additional insurance, special handling or courier services are required. Such charges will be clearly stated before you place your Order; (c) Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added to your total Order value.

6.2 Payment Terms: (a) Payment in full is required at the time of placing your Order unless otherwise agreed in writing; (b) For cheque payments, we will not dispatch Products until the cheque has cleared, which may take up to 10 Business Days; (c) If a cheque is dishonoured, we reserve the right to cancel your Order and may charge you for any bank fees incurred.
6.3 Failed Payments: (a) If payment is declined or fails, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue; (b) We reserve the right to cancel your Order if payment cannot be obtained within 7 days; (c) You remain responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
6.4 Instalment Plans: (a) We may offer instalment payment plans at our discretion; (b) Instalment plans are only available to customers aged 18 or over; (c) The minimum deposit is typically 20% of the total Order value unless otherwise agreed; (d) Instalments are due on the same day of each subsequent month following your initial payment; (e) No interest or additional fees are charged on instalment payments unless expressly agreed; (f) If you miss an instalment payment, we will contact you to arrange payment within 7 days. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your Order and forfeiture of amounts already paid, less any costs incurred including administration fees (up to £50), storage costs, and depreciation of goods; (g) Products purchased on instalment plans will be dispatched only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing; (h) Title and ownership of Products purchased on instalment plans remain with us until full payment is received.
6.5 Price Changes for Instalment Plans: For Products purchased on instalment plans with market-based pricing, the price agreed at the time of Order placement remains fixed regardless of subsequent market fluctuations.
7. TITLE AND RISK
7.1 Risk: (a) Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery; (b) You are responsible for insuring Products from the point of delivery; (c) If Products are lost, stolen or damaged during transit, you must pursue any claim directly with the courier or delivery service, unless the Products were insured by us, in which case we will assist you with the claim process.
