16.2 The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 If a severed provision would, if amended, be valid, lawful and enforceable, the provision shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful and enforceable.

17. WAIVER

17.1 No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.


17.2 A waiver of any right or remedy on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy on any other occasion.
